Jacob replied on December 19, 2009 21:27 to the problem "Consecutive days cutoff time isn't based on local time?" in 12seconds:
Hey Charlie,
Our apologies - we're usually very good with replying to things here which you can see if you look at most of the topics. We must have missed this one - we usually get e-mail alerts for each one that comes in, but I don't remember seeing this one before. We're a super small team and usually I'm the only one who responds to support inquires, on top of being one of the only developers for 12seconds and I hope you understand that things get lost sometimes.
As for your problem, the consecutive days badge is based on your local time. We've had some bugs with it when we first launched, but it does calculate days as 12:00 AM - 11:59:59 PM based on your local timezone, so any post in that period would work. It could very easily be another bug and we'll look into that. Would you mind e-mailing us - info@12seconds.tv - with your username? I'll look into it and see what may have caused the issue.

Jacob replied on December 19, 2009 21:22 to the question "Only twelve latest 12 seconds in the widget" in 12seconds:
It is only supposed to show 12. Loading more takes longer and most people don't browse the widgets that far so we felt 12 had a nice balance of providing a lot of contest there, but also not having every user who visits your page request a lot of data from us. Most users will just put a link to their channel on 12seconds below the widget to say "See more of my videos here" or something like that.

Jacob replied on December 19, 2009 21:19 to the problem "50 Mb is not enough" in 12seconds:
For file uploads you mean?
because our videos are only 12 seconds long, usually the limit is fine. But, we do understand that cameras are now recording at higher and higher qualities and 12 seconds of video might be more than that. Try uploading it anyway.. it may say 50MB, but the system should let you upload up to 100.

Jacob replied on December 12, 2009 21:42 to the problem "photo" in 12seconds:
Sorry.. im not sure what the problem is. If it's your account, you can delete any video you want by just moving your mouse over it and hitting the trash can icon that comes up. If you want to remove your profile picture, just click on Settings, and then check the box that says you want to remove your picture and click save.
if your picture is on someone else's account, you'll need to contact that other person.
Feel free to e-mail us if i'm not understanding the problem and you want to clarify it more in private. info@12seconds.tv

Jacob replied on December 01, 2009 17:58 to the problem "voting skewed?" in 12seconds:
We will be allowing voting on the individual video pages within the next hour, so you can just send your individual link around and have people vote without a hassle.
As for the order, it will be randomized shortly so you'll start to see different videos featured on the front page every few hours.
Finally, the # of votes are incorrect. The actual number of votes are hidden in this campaign. Because it's the first time we've run voting on a campaign on 12seconds, there are a few bugs including voting numbers showing up for some users and incorrect numbers showing up. This will all be fixed throughout the day today as we find the issues and resolve them.
Let us know if there's anything else we can help with.
Jacob replied on December 01, 2009 17:17 to the problem "Video posted in time, but doesn't appear in Dewmocracy competition!" in 12seconds:
Hey Alan,
You may have removed the tag "Dewmocracy" from the submission form. When you do that, it no longer becomes part of the contest. As long as it was submitted in time, I can re-add it for you (you can't do it yourself anymore).
Please e-mail us directly with a direct link to your video, as well as a link to this page on getsatisfaction so we know what you're talking about and we'll add it in.
