Productivity–related settings need more obvious place and context helpI believe that Categories and Day/Time Filters settings are somewhat hard to find among the other more account–info–related settings since they quite influence how the collected data is interpreted. I guess they could be more obviously accessible from dashboard.
BTW some parts, like https://www.rescuetime.com/filters, should have a visible link to contextual help, the UI itself doesn't say too much about how such settings influence the data/tracking.-

After the offline time dialog, the main app window appearsEvery time after closing the "Offline Time" dialog, the "RescueTime Data Collector" (i.e. the "Preferences..." window) opens up and I have to click the "Hide" button every time.
I'm not sure if this is intended behavior, as the window doesn't display any useful data related to the context...
I use version 2.0.0.1091 on OSX 10.5.8 build 9L30

To confirm, we now provide the ability to specify that you're no longer a customer of a company. For now, you do this by going to the company page, and clicking the "change" link next to the "customer since" date to expose this option:

If you see the "I'm a Customer" button instead, go ahead and click that to uncover the options.
