    Yes, you are correct on both accounts. On the confirmation (before payment is processed) and on the receipt (after payment is processed) there is no link to the voucher. I can understand there being no link before payment, but after payment status is changed to received and the customer is notified, the e-mail that is sent to them should clearly state a hyperlink to direct the customer to their voucher, much like we see from the back-end.

    I hope this clarifies the situation.

    On the notification of receipt of payment that the customer gets (when made using backend), the customer does not get an 'original booking receipt'. It also asks the customer to print their voucher but gives no link to do so. The following is from the only e-mail I get as a customer:

    {Your booking receipt and invoice are available on-line using the link provided by your original booking receipt. Please be sure to print your voucher and bring it with you. Your voucher must be presented on location.}

    How do I print my voucher?

    Perhaps something like the following might work:

    {To Print your Voucher, click the link below or copy and paste it into your browser.}

    You could also be super snazzy and add a little bit o' code like this\;

    {onLoad="window.print()"}

    This will popup the print window to allow the user to print the voucher.

    Notes. Perhaps something like a small forum of sorts on the Dashboard. Let's say we have a minimum of two people for bookings. If a single rider calls, I'd like to add him somewhere where all my agents can see so they can add him to an upcoming booking that they make.

    How many administrators can I have on my account? With the different levels of administrators, can I just hand out log-ins left, right and center? Is there a limit?

    I still have a lot of customers looking for the voucher asking where they can find it and whether or not we've sent one. Is there any way to make the voucher link more obvious in the e-mails?

    I super dig how easy it is for my staff to make bookings! The back-end system is a very powerful booking utility and I highly recommend it to any tour or event organization company!

    Is there any way to change what is required for an incomplete booking? For us, a phone number is vital and it would be easier to make this required than to have to remind staff on a daily basis. This is only one example. Some way to adjust/select this would be awesome. Thank you.

    When a customer makes a booking (front or back end) how can my staff be notified. Can you sync bookings with a calendar such as Outlook or the iPhone or iCal? Can text messages be sent? Can e-mails be sent to us to remind us of the tour a day before the tour takes place?
