Any updates on this issue - I generate so many receipts and my clients need to see them all, there all scanned and uploaded to free agent - would be great to say "attach images to invoice" in the advanced options when invoicing.

How do you unlock a transaction? I've stated the vat incorrectly, then invoiced it.

My client has spotted it but even when I make the invoice draft to edit it, I cant change it on the original transaction (travel receipt via expenses)

Can you unlock it - or what do I do to correct it?

My client says that all subcontractors invoice expenses net of VAT and then claim there own VAT back. I'm currently awaiting my vat number. but the invoiceing does not seem to follow this protocol

Once FreeAgent has this VAT number will it use this method for invoicing?

When you enter the budgeted amount on a project what reporting can you do against it? would love to see a x% of budget utilised

Yes. I need to charge travel at 50% of the 'standard rate' but have to manually ammend the invoice
