A comment on the problem "Image preview displays and saves wrong image for Fireworks CS4 Mac" in Adobe:
I'm not sure what the workaround is. What do you mean click on the document you plan to preview? – jbruck, on October 06, 2009 05:09
jbruck reported a problem in Adobe on October 06, 2009 04:16:
Image preview displays and saves wrong image for Fireworks CS4 MacIf I have multiple tabs open in Fireworks CS4 Mac and use the image preview dialog it displays and will save the wrong image. It will instead show an image from another opened fireworks file in a tab and then also save that wrong image.
I noticed this problem has been reported by others with no response in the adobe forums http://forums.adobe.com/thread/230631
This is a frustrating bugs as it doesn't let you actually work with multiple files open and use the export via the image preview dialog.
A comment on the idea "Text formatting helper" in Balsamiq:
It would be great if the items in the help box were clickable and clicking on it would insert it directly into the text editor. I also like how the original proposed concept doesn't show you the wiki text but the control you get from the wiki text ( i think this is more logical) to show me what I get not how to get it. – jbruck, on September 04, 2009 07:29-

Sorting cash area by banking and savings typePlease sort the cash section on the main page by cash account types banking and savings. It is very hard to parse this section with many savings account or bank accounts. It would be more natural to have them grouped within the sub-categories of banking and savings.-

A comment on the question "Presentation mode..." in Balsamiq:
ie. I prefer the look of links when it isn't in full-screen mode and get a bit confused when it changes when I go to fullscreen mode – jbruck, on May 06, 2009 13:05
A comment on the question "Presentation mode..." in Balsamiq:
Yeah it is strictly cosmetic. I like the arrow icon to show it is a link but not the region being colored blue in the demo. I imagine for some users it is the opposite. But having both is a bit confusing like what does the blue region plus the icon mean as they graphically don't feel like they are related to each other when they both appear – jbruck, on May 06, 2009 13:03-

In another Fullscreen mode option - is there a way to keep the Apple menu bar at the very top. I was trying to make a Jing recording the other day from Full screen mode and since the image shifts when entering full screen mode it was hard to use Jing to draw the proper size recording window as the function wasn't accessible once I went to fullscreen.
Ideally I could go to full screen then select the Jing > Capture function from the menu bar and properly select the size of window I wanted to record.
I noticed that if did the following steps I could get around the limitation
1. Go to fullscreen mode
2. Use apple command to view all windows
3. Select another window to bring into focus (which brought the menu bar back)
4. Minimize that window leaving Balsamiq fullsceen in background
5. Select Jing > Capture
6. Draw the proper capture size window
;)
