Like all others on this site, I went to the Snapfish/Oprah link and followed the directions and received the photo album credit. I finally finished my album after 4 days Then I saw where the offer was extended until Nov 22 so I placed the order for 2 of the same books today, but received no credit and was billed the entire $29.99 for each book. I understand you can help with getting a refund to my credit card for at least one book. My order number: 54699810-04V order date: Nov 18, 2008. Thank you in advance for correcting this problem.

I also saw this offer and contacted snapfish once when I was unable to get on the site due to high traffic... that was solved and I have since completed my album, but also had the same issue - when I went to check out, that offer was not given or listed in my current offers! I am so sad, as I was THRILLED to get this book and hoped to order one (at a later date, for full price, obviously) for each of my kids filled with their artwork!! Please advise! I have not placed an order yet b/c the credit did not apply. I had planned on ordering some other photos, so tried to apply the free shipping to those items (assuming I could NOT use it for the oprah freebie...) but I am afraid I screwed the whole thing up!

On Friday the 14th I clicked on the oprah make a book button.. came to snapfish, made a book and tried to order it on Saturday 15th at 1220am the full price was shown and I didn't order the book. I wrote to snapfish and got an answer that sorry, the coupon expired, nothing we can do.. however, I sent another message stating that thek Oprah link that I clicked from showed the coupon dispersal expired the 14th, but the actual book ordering needed to be done by the 16th.. never got a response! Now I've seen in different places that the coupon had been extended to the 22nd.. I spent hours working on this book and would love to place the order. Please help!

I have the same issue and customer service is not helping me either. They said I was too late. I told them that was not the issue, the issue is that they gave me the credit and then take it away. From the amount of requests with the same issue, it appears that Snapfish is trying to back out of the deal. I want the credit in my acount, just like everyone.

So why, if Snapfish is no longer supporting the iPhoto plugin, are your customer service people still sending out the incorrect link (or any link at all) to Mac users needing help? I just received the iPhoto which is really the Safari (also obsolete now with the new uploader) on November 3.
I now cannot upload from any browser because you require Flash Player version 10, which requires OS 10.4 or higher. So, I need to spend money to upgrade my OS and possibly other software programs as a consequence in order to use Snapfish?
Guess I'll check out Shutterfly...

On November 24th, I went to the Snapfish/Oprah link and followed the directions and received the photo album credit. I began buiding my album at that time. Then I saw where the offer was extended until Nov 21 so I was able to spend a little more time creating my book. When I went in to purchase the custom cover album making sure I had created the book that was in the offer, I received no credit and was billed the entire $29.99. I understand you can help with getting a refund to my credit card. My order number: 48819872-04V order date: Nov 18, 2008 and email: jennice.daley@gmail.com. Thanks for your time and attention to this matter.

Hello, I am not sure how this works. I ordered a book, entered the code and it says it is valid 11/5 - 10/1. ??? It says on the site that the promo is extended until 11/22. There must be a problem with the site. It took forever to navigate and build my book, I am sure there is a lot of traffic on the site now. I ordered my book and got charged full price. PLEASE help me! My order is 53789232-04V.

I appreciate the generous offer for this photo book and have other projects now in the works! Surely the good people working to resolve this issue at Snapfish have had a lot of work and frustration trying to help everyone get their credit and their free book, let's cut them some slack!

I know how you feel. I spent like a total of 6 to 7 hours on this book and then I go to order it and my FREE CREDIT was gone. It was there when I started the book but gone when I was finished. Now I have been on hold for like 20min and no one will talk to me at Snapfish. For being the first time using them it hasn't been a very pleasant expierence.. If anyone out there finds out whats going on could you please email me (only if you have the time) in the mean while I will be sitting on hold with them.... Thanks and I am glad too know I am not the only one so peed off..!! Oh. also, the girlfriend of mine that told me about it said she had no problem with her order, thats why I thought I done something wrong but then again, she hasn't gotten anything from them yet!! ~ Annie
