What version of Carousel are you running? Carousel 5.2.6 includes a re-write of the weather data source. Weather bulletins and crawls now retrieve content from WeatherBug rather than the National Weather Service FTP site.

Hello Tyler,
You can group the bulletins together and copy them to a Bulletin Package (zip file) and then upload the bulletin package. However, if the aspect ratios of the zones change greatly the images will be distorted.
To create a Bulletin Package, click on the Copy/Move icon for the group.

Then, select 'Copy this group to a Bulletin Package'.

To import the Bulletin Package select, New Bulletin->Uploaded Tab->Upload a bulletin package.
You can backup the databases for FrontDoor and Carousel within FrontDoor. From the FrontDoor Main Menu select, Server Setup->Database Tools.
If you add fonts to the "fonts folder" (just like on your PC) they must be added to the Carousel server and each Player.

No this update does not address the DSK/CHY-TV issues. We are currently making changes that are targeted to be released in Cablecast 4.9. As soon as they are available we will contact you.
