Hello Eric,
If you could send us a copy of the Dean Evans database and the exact names of the of the time fields that you would like us to pull into Carousel, we can help you make this work. As far as the time fields go, you mentioned, 1) Room booking, 2) Setup/tear down, & 3) Actual Event time, please clarify if these are not correct.
We would like to slip this fix into our next release which is Carousel 5.2.6. We would like to release 5.2.6 shortly, so the sooner we get the database and field names the better! If you have Windows installed on the server, you should be able to right click on the folder and "Send To", "Compressed (zipped) folder". If you are unable to zip and send that data, don't worry about it. We have had a great response to our request! Click on 'Explore' from the Windows Start Menu on your Carousel server and navigate to the TRMS folder which contains the Web folder. If you cannot locate the Web folder you are searching on a Player versus a server. – Jennifer McCleary, on June 05, 2009 19:32

If you have Cablecast in addition to Carousel, you can create a Cable Display bulletin. For more information look at chapter 15 in the Carousel Manual, specifically the Cable Display Bulletin section.
