This is now resolved, all Amazon books should have referrers that users entered in their preferences (or Zemanta's if they didn't)-

I checked with the team, and there's a small glitch that affect a small percentage of Amazon titles. The one you found is one of them, this will be fixed in our next release on 12th of August. -

This looks like a bug on our end. I'll notify our engineers and we'll try to have it fixed ASAP. -

I added my ID in the preferences but when I added the Amazon link, my ID wasn't inserted as a referrer?
