haha, well its for the ambitious, right? If you think you are so good that you will be able to level back up to where you were , then at that point you will be more powerful. As they said its like the "next level" - if you are bored with the game. Too bad about the safehouses though, I think you should be able to keep those.

False. After you level up, you will be. But when you reset, you are far worse than a regular level 40. Just look around from your level 40 account at elites, they are all low risk right now – jescalan, on July 04, 2009 02:34

Pretty self explanatory. I'd hate to lose all these after the millions upon millions poured into them. If so, does this upgrade not make all safehouses null - why would you invest in these for the long term if you lose them every 40 levels?
