I don't think the way it is implemented now is very helpful. Dipity is supposed to be a visual tool. Showing the range for an event is crucial imo.

What would be usefull is to give a range:
- its own colour
-set it above the main timeline
- include begin and end dates in this sub- timeline

I can't use the tool as a history teacher if there is no BC possibility. I really think this has a lot of potential and we would love to use it in our school in history classes, but a BC option is pretty much necessary for us.

I think xtimeline is not as usefull as dipity, but they do have BC dates integrated in their system. Could you please let me know if there will be an update before the end of august? Thanks in advance.
