add plurks-only follow mode

usually some plurks of popular users are useful,
but we dont need its responses, it noisy,
so please add an advanced follow mode, allow users to follow someone's plurk contents only, and dont notify users when a new responses is posted.

thanks so much. but, i think you should improve the arithmetic that if some translations' voting are equal, the last one should be selected.

since last translation update (search func.), some old and low-voted translations have been put into the users' interface.

would you please look into this?

1. the H1N1 virus is very popular now, so i used the new search function to find out what ppl are thinking about H1N1 virus.
but i got no result, you know, that's impossible, could you tell me why?
