Hello,
Firefox 3.6 is still in beta, so unfortunately, that browser is not yet supported. If the problem is effecting 3.5.1 (the current stable release of Firefox), then please let me know the operating system you're using and CPU archeticture (is your computer a 64-bit processor or a 32-bit processor).
Unfortunately, Firefox does not yet release a 64-bit version of their software yet, and this problem only seems to effect users using the 32-bit version on a 64-bit machine.
If you need to access PBworks on a 64-bit machine with Windows, the best solution is probably to use Internet Explorer, as that browser was made for the 64-bit OS.

Hi Crystal,
When you save a page, the editor automatically scans through the document and cleans up any HTML or special codes (like Javascript) that you may have accidentally pasted in. The reason for this is so the HTML and external stylings of the other websites don't interfere with our own formats, and so your page is viewable no matter what browser you're using.
However, we would like to know more about this problem so we can fix it. The next time it happens, please submit a support ticket to this address with the exact URL of where the content comes from. Then we can analyze the source to see if there's anything we can do.

Hi,
We are happy to report that we've made a major fix to our classroom account feature! The fix won't affect any accounts currently made, however it does make the creation of new classroom accounts much easier.
There were several issues that affected many different browsers, but now, you should be able to create all the classroom accounts you need without the need for clearing the cache or using a different browser.
Additionally, a function that was previously lost is now back! At the end of creating classroom accounts, you are given the opportunity to download a PDF which can be printed and cut up into slips, so that each student can have a customized slip containing the wiki name, their own username, and password.
Thank you so much for your patience, and thanks for using PBwiki!
