I also thought necessary. I am brazilian and I have seen many portuguese in the brazilian room. I don't cared with them in room, but needed a space for them.

Chat exclusive for spectators
My idea this, I think there should be an exclusive chat to the spectators of a game that is in progress, because much of the time, the spectators want to talk, discuss, comment and analyze the game in question, but do not want to embarrass and distract the players.
So if there was an exclusive chat for viewers, they could comment on the game without any problems. I say from experience.
