you are right with the delay and I apologize for that. I also see your point and believe me, it wasn't my intention to disappoint you, specially when you are suffering that bad experience.

We have limited resources, and moderators do a great job treating those incidents, and in extreme cases we are encouraged to proceed. We try to attend every player request and we thought it was a good idea to share those frequent questions, but as we are five developers to develop new games, fix reported problems on several games, upgrade new facebook features on existing games, give email support and also on this forum, ... and unfortunately we need more hours the day has.

We confide on people's common sense, although there are people who don't know how to behave properly.

Finally I want you to understand that our mistakes or faults are unintentional and thanks to players feedback we try to improve in those areas.

And also remember that happiness is recalculated, as indexes and other parameters, every five minutes (game day).

can you check your indexes are near the recommended values, please?
i.e. if your fire index is lower than 2 then you will probably lose several buildings.
