Hi Connie,
You can choose to use either a telephone or the headphone/microphone solution.
The reason you cannot join with that PIN is you have already called into that specific call. In order to get in, your participants will need to dial (724) 444-7444 and enter your call ID. Then they will enter their pin or 1#.

In order to do this, it will involve a little bit of technical work (working with code).
You'll have to find the Call ID and Episode ID in the code and replace it with your episode and call ids. The episode id which can be found in the Download URL string (http://recordings.talkshoe.com/TC-875...264724.mp3) Episode ID is in bold, that is where you would be able to find it.
