Hi Connie,

You can choose to use either a telephone or the headphone/microphone solution.

The reason you cannot join with that PIN is you have already called into that specific call. In order to get in, your participants will need to dial (724) 444-7444 and enter your call ID. Then they will enter their pin or 1#.

TalkShoe does not officially support Google Chrome, because we don't test it on Google Chrome, thus we are not fully aware of all of the issues with it on the TalkShoe platform.

If you are talking about the Monthly one, that is a manual update that has to be sent to the server and the show based download counter is on an automatic update I think it is every 12 to 18 hours.

To comment on this issue as well, a week or so ago, I was hosting a show and over the course of two hours I had approximately 30 to 35 Spammers and Podcrashers come into my show. Thankfully, It was just me and few others on a Friday night having fun, just talking about whatever.

The monthly report is a manual update process, so sometimes it takes us a little bit to get it updated for the following month.

In order to do this, it will involve a little bit of technical work (working with code).

You'll have to find the Call ID and Episode ID in the code and replace it with your episode and call ids. The episode id which can be found in the Download URL string (http://recordings.talkshoe.com/TC-875...264724.mp3) Episode ID is in bold, that is where you would be able to find it.

It requires TalkShoe Support Live, if you are trying to start it from a web browser.

You would need to try and select TalkShoe from your program files to find it.
