Thanks for the answer! For me, at least having the option of a longer idle time would help represent my work time more accurately. I often am using my computer for reference while working and may only look something up every five or ten minutes or so. That's just me, though!

What sort of time scales does RT use to determine whether the user is active / idle? (i.e. after x minutes, it stops logging data, etc.) And, is this changeable?
