I was so excited to try this solution, but regrettably, it didn't work for me. The buttons still won't work, plus last night, the background disappeared on my account, and I can't get it back or replace it! I'm losing everything at Twitter, including my mind! (I am laughing, but I'm serious!) So frustrating. Thank you so much PenguinJunk for great idea & trying to help. I appreciate it so much. Could the new Windows 7 have anything to do with this problem?-

I cannot follow or block people, either! The buttons do not work!!! This has gone on for almost 2 weeks!!! I've written several messages here, and have clicked box that says do I want Twitter to contact me by email, I say YES!!!! But, NO messages from Twitter EVER enlightened my mailbox. PLEASE, can you FIX PROBLEM ASAP??!!!! Thank you so much. I am praying... -

I haven't been able to follow or block people or save favorite tweets for about 2 weeks. So frustrating. I'm at end of my rope and pulling my hair out because trying to contact Twitter to let them know about trouble with my account is an endless loop!!!!! I've wrote two messages, and checked the box saying "yes", please contact me by email, but NO email from them!!! Hellllp, Twitter, HELP!!!!!! -

cannot follow ppl, block or save fav twts!!!I have a problem with my account: I haven't been able to follow or block people, or save favorite tweets for almost two weeks. I tried contacting Twitter customer support, but apparently the report I filed a few days ago. Didn't arrive. Can you please, please help?! I am so sad and frustrated. I'm hoping so much you will be able to fix soon whatever is wrong with my account! The direct messaging is hobbled, too, but found a way around by typing d then the name.
