I am unable to get emails to appears on my screen. It connects shows the # but they never appear on the screen. you may call me at 505-690-1495 I am working off of my laptop now, but the problem is with my desktop. I can send out an email, but not receive

I am not able to receive emails. It appears they are on the computer but not on the screen. No emails since 10/19/2009 Please let me know how to fix this. Thank you for your help
