I have this problem too and I sent mail to support and haven't gotten any help. A few of my writers have this problem as well. It sometimes works and sometimes doesn't..

Is there a way to change the comment count to open up a URL instead of showing an inline commenting control? I want to be able to click on the comment count and load the page that the comment is on rather than display the controls to make a comment.

I just had few people say it's not working even if you are logged in...

I think it's working for some and not others. I've created a video showing what I see. I go to a page, create a comment as a guest.. it shows up.. I click on the header to go back to the main page.,. then click on the article I just commented.. and as you see it's not there.

It seems it doesn't like it if one of my div has an id of Container. Changed that and it seems to be OK.

My guest comments don't seem to get saved. Any comments saved by people that are logged in do but any guest comments are posted but when the page refreshes they disappear. I need to be able to have guests comment on topics as well.
