can't claim/verify my ownership

hi, i can't claim my blogsite.when i add my blogsite,its say my url is exiting,so,I have created a post on my blog on http://kaosarsav.blogspot.com for verified.i have tried to get verification by clicking on the button in mybloglog, but it says post not found on http://kaosarsav.blogspot.com,I did not add track code,i added recent visitor
widget from other site,just copy the html code.if i add my blog it
says my blog site is exits and need to claim.but when i put meta tag
or post it also says the code is not found
on-http://kaosarsav.blogspot.com.i am trying three or more days for
