Kate replied on October 23, 2009 14:02 to the question "What is the item in CSS to center in wordpress?" in outbrain:
Hi James,
The selector for the rating part of the widget is .voterDiv and the selector for the entire widget is .div-wrapper. I suggested adding a margin to move the rater more towards the center but keep in mind that our widget was not really designed to be center aligned because the text to the left of the stars is dynamic and constantly changes in length. The best implementation is to have it left aligned.
Let me know if you need more help.
Best,
Kate

Hi Saifuddin,
My apologies for the delay. You are in the queue and we have not forgotten about you. We should have the changes completed next week.

Kate replied on September 14, 2009 18:06 to the question "Initialize rating after test" in outbrain:
Hi prebeng,
We do not currently support deleting "test" ratings however, since the rating data is saved by the url, all of your new posts with new address will start with zero ratings.
I hope this answers your question. If I'm misunderstanding, and this is an installation problem please give me more details (including the blog url) or email me directly at kate[at]outbrain[dot]com
Thanks!

Kate replied on September 10, 2009 20:31 to the question "how can you change the code in our blogs?" in outbrain:
Hi angelica,
Good question. Actually, anyone can see the code for your site (and any site on the web) by using the browser's "View Page Source" option (just right click on a page). This is an important debugging tool that we use to see what is might be wrong. We are able to fix things remotely by changing settings on the back end. When the widget loads on your page, it calls our servers to see if there are any custom settings for your site and uses whatever we prescribe. Depending on what the problem is, we can sometime resolve issues on peoples site this way without site owner having to do anything.
Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Kate

One other point here - you are absolutely free to opt out of the sponsored links and turn off the recommendations on the outbrain widget if you want to continue to use it. That would leave just the ratings and no links.
Let me know if you want to do this and need help. You have access to all of these settings in your outbrain dashboard. – Kate, on September 03, 2009 18:55

Hey, I see this bit of script that belongs to us here:
You should be able to just delete this from what you are pasting in to the template and i think that will do the trick. If you have questions and it's easier you can gchat me at OutbrainKate@gmail.com

Hi blakelyn,
I just visited this url and i don't see the outbrain widget on any of your pages. Is this the url where you are experiencing the problem? If so what browser are you using?

A comment on the problem "No Recommendations with Safari?" in outbrain:
hey JeeM,
I'm not able to reproduce this problem. Do you normally use Safari when you are browsing? It's possible that we are filtering recommendations to stories you've already read. Try signing out of outbrain (you can do this by clicking on the question mark next to the star ratings) and clearing your cookies in safari and then reloading the page. Let me know if this works.

A comment on the question "how do you set up outbrain in joomla with super blogger?" in outbrain:
Right now you only have the claiming code appearing in that section of your blog. Please try adding the code for the widget. It can be generated on this page: http://www.outbrain.com/get/ratings/O...
Let me know how it goes.
