Thanks for your feedback. This may solve your FB issue: go into applications in Facebook, and delete the Hootsuiteapp, then go to Hootsuite and delete the Facebook profile. Then, make sure to grant Hootsuite all necessary permissions, or it may not work.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean. We do have a URL shortner in the tweet box. With that, if you set up your RSS feeds through HootSuite (through the admin's account) they will be shorten with an owly URL for stat tracking.

Ok now I see - thanks. The edit column feature only applies for groups, search and keyword tracking. This is the same for the embed columns. The Featured tab is a group (where you can drag and drop users into)

Thanks for your question. You may need to sycn your avatar. Twitter's Avatar cache doesn't always get updated right away. You can force it to update by sending a tweet from the account with a new avatar image.

After this update on Twitter's end, you can go to Settings > Manage Profiles in HootSuite, and click on "Sync Avatars with Twitter."

Thank you for the suggestion - it's something we'll keep in mind. However, you can create a list of other users and make the list public or private. If you make it private then others won't see it, it will be just like Group.
