Hi

Users will only see replies in their Home time line if they are following both the sender and recipient of the update. Otherwise, they will only be seen by the recipient in the @mentions tab in the sidebar. Everyone has an @mentions tab in their sidebar. It is located directly beneath the Home tab in the right sidebar of the page and you'll only see it when you're logged in to your account and on your Home page.

Soon we will give you the option to see all @replies directed at people you're following.

Replies and mentions sent from protected accounts to people not following the protected account will not be seen in the intended recipients @mentions tab or home time line.

Let me know if you need anything else. You can always reply to this email to re-open your ticket even if you have a different question.

thats the only email that I have gotten from them... Its has been about 3 weeks and its still not working for me!

I did that a couple of weeks ago and I was told that if the person is not following you , you cant tweet them, I have the email still I will try to post.....

Ok i got a answer from twitter support... they say that if you are not following the person you can not replie to them.so anyone with a block account you can not replie to them... ( is that not what twitter is for is to replie to people!!) I have the email and if you would like to see it you can email me and I will send it to you !!! randybarb@shaw.ca

I have closed my old account and opened a new on eand i still cant @replies to ANYONE so I dant think it has to do with spam.
