AGREE 100%. I have a Wacom and it would be awesome if I could just jott down sticky notes rather than typing. Or if I could draw on a virtual whiteboard that I could put on the wall.

LOL I just had this problem about an hour ago too. I was playing Left 4 Dead and the update window alt-tabbed me out. When I killed it and alt-tabbed back in I couldn't click anymore so I had to kill the game and restart. It wasn't a critical moment in gaming history or anything but it was annoying.... so awesome that you guys responded quickly and are working on it! :D

OK guys if you can't manage to download the ZIP files without corruption, what I did was pause the download at exactly 50% and then unpause it. He has an issue with the server timing out the connection wayyyy too fast and it stops the download. If it gets stuck the ZIP will be corrupt.

On a separate note, the weather widget does work but needs a lot of improvement for setting options.

This happened before and after the very recent update, as well as with Catalyst 9.3 and 9.4 drivers.

Mouse "lassoo" selection is very laggy.

When I start dragging on the desktop, the lassoo doesn't draw smoothly. It draws for about a half second then stops. If I keep going, after a second or so it will catch up, then stop again.

However, if I actually drag around some files and select something, it gets a lot better and almost completely smooth. This may be easier to show with a video....

Update: yeah I updated again and now it reports I'm running Windows 7 beta drivers 9.4 and BumpTop works great :) (I have HD 4850). – Kevin, on April 13, 2009 18:34

Actually I *thought* I was running the 9.4 Cat's for Windows 7 but CCC says I'm running 9.3... I'm going to re-install and see what happens. Windows 7 drivers don't support the X600 series, they only work with HD 2400 and up.

Ah yeah, the Windows 7 drivers don't support the X600.
No big deal, the Vista ones should work fine.
