How do I get a transcript of a chat/thread?

I use 3jam for texting on my computer and it is great; however, it all of a sudden starts to refresh every 10 seconds(appx). Very frustrating. Please help.

From the "unscribed" phone you need to send the word START and send it to 43526. The unsubscribed phone will get a response with some directions. Then you should be golden. Try a test message to multiple contacts, and you may have to delete that contact where the message was not going through successfully. I just did this with my group. 3Jam rocks!

That works. We did that and our group is back up. Try other contacts to make sure it is not a single contact issue.

I have the exact same issue, where only 1 out of 3 people is able to reply. Very frustrating. I luv 3jam, but frustrated that customer support is lacking. This and other issues could end up being deal breaker for me. Please help and save 4 customers.
