Most likely we do not care about collation or date/time format. Just use a generic UTF-8 collation and any arbitrary data/time format.

I have applied to be a translator for Tâi-gí. It's been 3 weeks and I got neither approval nor rejection.

It would be a new language for plurk. I understand you may have concern creating a new language. But we already have a group of Tâi-gí users waiting out there, and at least 3 of us want to be translators. Please see

If you need the ISO 639-3 code, it is nan.

We'd appreciate it if you agree to create this language. If you decide not to, please let us know the reason. We will do our best to meet your qualification.
