I had the same problem. Had to keep going back and creating groups on a different page. Fixing this would add to the usability of groups by leaps and bounds.

Reinstalled Firefox 3.1 b3 + latest Feedly and then switched to Firefox 3.0 + latest feedly but the error remains the same.

I'd pay up to $10 (I'm already used to paying for Flickr, Vimeo, Skype, etc).
The problem is that App Store is not available in my country.
