Jörg, what browser are you using? The poken sync process is HTTP/HTML so it shouldn't matter what OS you're using as long as the browser is standards compliant.

I think some people are misunderstanding the change. You can still send and receive @replies. The difference is you won't see tweets from people you follow if they begin with @<someone>. For example, if you follow @cnnbrk and they tweet "@kylehase You rock!", that tweet won't show up on your UI.</someone>

Just thought I'd share an update solution for Windows users here. There's a security scanner called Secunia PSI that scans your system for vulnerable software. It's essentially an update checker but also warns of end-of-life apps or up to date apps that have known vulnerabilities.

On Windows, dropping an image on the Friendfeed share area where it says "drop here" will share the image. On Linux the same procedure does nothing.

Part of the problem lies with the content creators. Since most users use iTunes many content creators just add an iTunes link but neglect to share the full URI for other feed readers.

When partially transparent PNG avatars (possibly GIFs too) are uploaded, Disqus converts the transparent areas to white.

Card fields are unintuitive

I know what I want my 'card' to look like but it's very unclear which fields appear in each dropdown selector on the full and small cards. If you can't figure out an intuitive way to make that clear, perhaps you should just let any field appear on any part of the cards. Better yet, use text fields instead of dropdowns so that users can enter text directly onto the cards.
