I have noticed that since Firefox is also a new version, that I needed to quit Firefox, empty my history and cache, and reboot my computer. Firefox had hung on me as the newest version of Firefox occassionally quits or hangs. So restarting or rebooting Firefox helped me this morning. Hope this helps as well. The advice about reinstalling Flash Player is good, but also rebooting machine after reinstalling is a key issue as well.

I also had one very short wav comment that did not play, but when i clicked on the comment title, the player (scroll bar) loaded and the small wav comment did play.

If you are still having problems listening to comments, could you please give me more detail? Tell me step by step what you are doing and what is happening and I'll look into it. Thanks!

sorry...i dont use safari..i use internet explr and Avant..2 yr ago i have no prpob...not who ever calls me..leave me mess i cannot hear...

This could be one of 2 problems.

1- If you are using Safari as your web browser you may need to try using Firefox or Internet Explorer. Currently, Snapvine does not support Safari.

2- You may not have the latest version of Flash. Visit www.adobe.com and download the latest verison. This should only take about a minute. If none of these suggestions fixes your problem, please email me directly at christian@snapvine.com
