How does the Rezgo fee work when taking a deposit?

Is the Rezgo fee 5% of the total advertised tour price regardless of whether the customer has paid in full? We would like to take a deposit and then the balance via cheque or credit card later on. But if they don't pay the balance are we still liable for the full 5% of the total or 5% of the deposit? Hope that makes sense.

How can you search for tours by location?

Our tours take place in different geographical locations. Has anyone got any ideas on how to allow users to search by location, either through google maps or text?

Or is using the categories function the only way to group tours by location?
