Leslie Chicoine asked a question in Samasource on October 14, 2009 18:25:
How can I tell if I'm "done" with a task?Hello, thanks for making such an awesome product!
When I start doing a task I can't tell how many things there are to do within that task, and it's unclear if there is a way to complete the task. Do we have to do all of the items within a task to complete it? And if so can you show us the number of items?

A comment on the question "Can I start a topic that is shared between two (or more) companies/products?" in Get Satisfaction:
Wow, this response rocks. I do believe that currently this feature is no where near the actual road map, especially since it opens up some dynamics between companies that GS might not be ready to moderate. Has there ever been a public way to see the discussions between two companies? – Leslie Chicoine, on April 17, 2009 00:45

Thanks Nadyne. I couldn't find anything through google OR in the forums I looked at (including the one you linked to above).
I'm obviously partial to GS (I'm the designer here at Get Satisfaction), so when it came down to actually posting a topic I wanted to do it somewhere that I trust that I'll be treated well. Although mactopia seems like a place full of experts, it's pretty intimidating to a non-expert such as myself.
Thanks!
A comment on the question "Upload my company logo" in Getsignoff:
Hi Jeff!
I also sent an email to one of the Get Sign Off team members. I wish I could help you, but I don't know a thing about how Get Sign Off works. I do know that their team is located in Europe so they might not actually be awake right now. ;) That's about all I can do, it's in Get Sign Off's hands now. Someone else in this community may also come along and answer. Good luck! – Leslie Chicoine, on March 26, 2009 20:29

Ah ha!
Thanks for the information Jeff. I've moved this topic the Get Sign Off section, so that the team here can help answer your question (Hi guys!). I'm an employee of Get *Satisfaction* and can't provide much help with Get *Sign Off*. Hopefully they'll be able to answer your question. Good luck Jeff!

Hi Jeff!
I'm sorry that is confusing. We've added a lot of controls to the Admin section, but have not correctly grouped all the new options. To upload a logo go to your company's Admin section, and choose the Company Details in the left side navigation. There is a Logos & Badges section there.
Here's what I mean:

I hope this helps!

Leslie Chicoine asked a question in Microsoft Corporation on March 17, 2009 19:00:
How do I create dynamic or smart text in Word for mac?I want to create a master text box and then add child text boxes that update when I change the master.
Let's say I create "Bob's document title" on the cover page and then I want to duplicate "Bob's document title" in other parts of the document (like the header).
If I change the cover page text box to read "Bob's proposal title" I want all of the headers to automatically update too.
Does anyone know how to do this?
