Hi thanks for contacting us.

1) Unfortunately we do not have a video for every feature but we do have automated nightly import like we mention on the front page of our site + qif/qfx importing. I don't know how QuickenOnline does the importing from your bank but we grab your transactions nightly so you don't have to do so much data entry.

2) Currently the only way we can get "back data" is thru qif importing and importing quickbooks files. You might be able to find a csv to qif converter online. We hope to one day support csv importing of bank data.

3) We currently do not offer phone support. Here's a quick explanation of our packages. Even Less = meant for freelancers, invoicing and expense recording. Less = invoicing, bank data aggregation, expenses, mileage tracking. More Accounting = same as Less + bank reconciliation feature + able to have multiple sales taxes on invoices.

Is this your first invoice? What browser are you using? Do you have javascript enabled?

Its up to your accountant but there's two ways.

1) Change the deposit to reflect the full invoiced amount. Then create an expense for the bank fee, denoting the expense category as "bank fee".

2) Leave it the way it is, since the fee didn't actually hit the account adjust the invoice with a negative line item for the fee. – Allan, on November 24, 2009 03:55

Hi first create this contractor as a contact marked as a "contractor" then create an expense with contract labor as the expense category. This will allow you to pick that contact as the contractor.
