Refine email notifications about story delivery

When a story is delivered, and I own it, don't email me if I'm also the person delivering it. Because i'm never going to deliver a story that I've just implemented myself and not accept it. Right?

upon more testing: the autocomplete dropdown shows up unattached if the toolbar is collapsed. if the toolbar is expanded, the dropdown appears in the usual place, covering the Save dialog.

Inappropriate auto-completion dropdown on Save As

There's a bug with the Save dialog (the one that pops up with Shift-Cmd-S). The textfield in that dialog attempts to autocomplete with the browsing history, which is inappropriate. A dropdown menu of the history then appears off to the right of the window, unattached to anything, and hangs around even after the Save dialog is closed. It can be made to go away by activating autocompletion in the address bar.
