The AT&T employee, Kevin, KD272V, that installed my U-Verse system was meticulous in his work and did not stop until it was absolutely perfect. Pride of workmanship and dedication describe this employee. When I had Dish or Direct, the picture was never good, and I though that I needed a new TV. Turns out, I just needed Kevin and U-Verse. My picture is is perfect, internet speed is like lightning. It's just unbelievable. I hope the managers at AT&T know how valuable an employee like Kevin is. I recommend AT&T U-verse hands down.
