David and Neils opening times over the holiday

Hi guys, sorry ive not been on much but I have had other stuff to think about. please can u let us kn if we can expect anything new for crimbo? what times r u available to talk to us if we need help with errors,bugs ect? If in an emergency someone needs to pause there zoo like xmas day,boxing day ect, what shudd we do and will either of u be available? cuz u guys must be on holiday to like us. Im just asking so if something happens, we cant feed or vet people will get annoyed can we pause the game without u just incase u are busy and cant get on. many thanks. Hi guys, for the past few days the game has not been updateing an giving level ups at strange times.

Exmple: last night i could only spot ostrich because nothing changed all day ( i was watching). logged off facebook about 11.45pm uk time.

Went onat 11 am uk time and it states i just level up (even though i didnt do anything) yet i did''nt get coin or level up post.

also my spotting for free has again not updated . im constantly getting reload page which is starting to bug me know :(

my leveling up dont go with the xp . ive put in pandas and polars an it just dont seemed to be going anywhere. thanks mandy

vetting don't give enough vet points

Hi guys, i was sat looking at my zoo when i started to think why my manual feed is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy higher than my manual vetting. So I took the numbers from my journal and vetted some and it only registers ONCE no matter how many times u click (only if they need it of course). this can't be fair? Is this right? however im still loving the game.

Spotting Animals.

Ive been looking for a panda for 2 days and ive noticed my spotting page has not been changeing, i got 2 pages up, one for fb and one for this game hence i can move from page to page easier. something is definatley not right. please can u look into it, great news about vacation/holiday. thanku xx

Hi David, Neil.
please can you let us know of the holiday and vacation mode or jut take a brake mode. I have to take time out over the next week or so because one of my dogs is very poorly and we dont think she will be here for christmas. Normaly i look after peoples zoo while they are away, but for the next 14 days that wont be possble. please can u reply to me asap as i would not like to loose my animals as i would not have the heart to start again. however as my dogs are more important than my apps on facebook (sorry) if im unable to pause or freeze the game then i will have to stop playing. please help cuz i do love yr game and i would be said to stop playing. thanku, mandy

Massive drop in levels

Hi guys, well im not loving the new update!! I was at level 48 now im down in the 30 level!!! I understand why u have to stop us leveling up to quick cuz it will get like every other app and get boreing! however u could have just left us as we are and made future level ups more difficult. I was 8th on my friends ranking now im in the twenties. not happy. I worked really hard at the levels, I think this will cause a lot of complaints.

Im sooooooooo happy iTs fab!! and they stay full for longer, I have managed to groom my 3 dogs ,do the housework (that was'nt so fun) and feed others and have a great time with all my upgrade and new animals and g/m.ship. ooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwww im so happy u people are GREAT GREAT GREAT!!!!
