Videos not uploading?

well my members are unable to upload videos from the past one week, i tried this even i am also not able to upload a single video.
Every time i got this message when i upload a video that " The video is being processed and encoded. It will be available when encoding is complete." but i left this page for several minutes but nothing happen.

What should i do? I tried it many times & left that page for appox 20-30 mins but nothing happen.

Few day ago In layout manager- page setting option . i saw a new option for Tab visibility that is visible to the level of member i set or created. Now it not showing.i am very happy to see that function but now i am very upset.

my layout manager is not working from the past three days. Everything is missing from every zone( every thing is working fine but its invisible). i am fed up.

Well one of the member of my website is contributing well, so i make him one of the Moderator of my website. But my mistake he deleted one of the forum, that Forum contain 100 + topics, I know i can not get that back. Now my question is " I dont want to give them the ability to delete any thing they can edit, transfer, re-arrange but i dont want to give the ability to delete any topic.

How could i do this?

now I am hesitant to add any new moderators because I feel they would have too much ability in some areas.Creating a new forum and moving them around isn't the biggest concern for me, but Deleting is. The thought of a newly instituted Moderator accidentally deleting an entire forum section scares the hell out of me.

There must be a window like access setting for setup rules for Moderators also.

As the members in my website increases, alone i am not able to handle my website so i need moderators for this. Those who are contributing well i looking forward to make them Moderator.

& it is very important part of any social community to encourage members to contribute well & become Moderator.

Please set up some rules for this urgently??

SocialGo atleast work on this issue, We do not want to give " Delete" power to Moderators? We alone cant handle the website.
