Pathetic service by Maruti Suzuki

Even after bringing the car to service center 6 times and spending about INR 12K, Vipul Motors Service Centre, Faridabad, India refuses to acknowledge my complaint regarding Swift VDI AC No HR51Y6650. I complained that even after bringing the car to recirculation mode, the car still receives fresh air. Being asthmatic it is very dangerous for me to inhale the routine traffic air and air from burning stuff on road sides. They claim it was broken inter cooler which was replaced at my cost. They have also failed to rectify AC air closure on foot when only top mode is on. I have a fracture on my left foot and even slight cold air from AC makes my foot pain.. After replacement of inter cooler, the smell of outside smoke, whenever, is still there. The manager sahib will never pick up phone and busy in meetings-even I sent him SMS to please call back but he never did.

They are unable to solve the delayed starting problems which happens about 1 minute from switching off the engine.

If such is the slipshod attitude, I vow never to buy any maruti vehicle again in my life.

I had requested them not to call my mobile and remove the number from callinglist. Day before yesterday I was driving in a traffic jam. A call came from +91.11.45574357. Managing to stop, I requested them that I have already asked to remove my number and don't call. The lady rudely taunted "I am not dreaming that you are driving a car".

You should better say "Inverterless" afternoon. I don't know what your technician has done with the inverter. It is still not working the way it is supposed to be. Even he didn't care to notice the burnt wire connecting the battery.

The most expensive yet irritating phone!

I got a linkedin recommendation for HTC brand to buy this phone. After using it for an year I am compelled to write it's irksome disadvantages.

1. Slow windows after one year though i have more disk space then before.
2. The outlook address book is GONE when you reset
3. Windows live address book entry asks for chat and then the yes and no button will freeze in such a way that you can't use anything
4. Voice commander dials wrong numbers and programs.
5. Recording button not available when needed
6. Charger burnt out in 4th month-no good charger available in Indian market
7. Interactivity problem-internet explorer maximizes and very difficult to minimize in order to type.
8. Stylus not finger friendly, even large key buttons not finder interactive.
9. Calender cannot sync with google calender even without net.
10. In fact the whole system can't be connected in windows xp and synced despite walking by customer care. It works fine in Windows vista
11.Could have been a bit narrow to be holdable
12. Windows cannot be sized or changed by taskbar.
13.Can't ever understand what is midlet.
14.Difficult to retrieve contact since windows live puts second name first
15.Right scroll button difficult to use even by stylus and impossible by finger.
16.Battery drains off in 1 hour when humid.
17.Missed calls without rings
18.On pressing send message menu, starts calling
19 Ring silences automatically when kept in pocket.
20.Area around the restart stylus slot black
21 Mouse "press" button is not working

You should intimate the client requirement, study all the existing appliances and then suggest a proper inverter. Also not fully satisfied whether the battery is ok or not. There should be a battery level indicator on inverter which is there on most brands.

I spent 115$ buying hosting account for 3darchitects.in just to get this message.

I expect a urgent solution or refund my money! The interface is so garbled that it is impossible to file complaint.

The site cannot be opened at all at the first click.

Non response will entail legal action.

First of all it is wrong to interpret it as complaint. It is a feedback. Feedback comes from the actual experience encountered-comfortable or uncomfortable.. At least you have cared to write back without letting the customer getting entangled in the tree of call programming.
