check your text setting to see if autosize is selected. I was having this same problem on weather slides...the text was either too small to read or so big that it didn't finish the forecast. De-select autosize on the text and see if that helps. In order to do this, you will have to enter the "edit template" section

running newest version, 5.2.6. I think. slides are uploaded jpeg files created in photoshop & publisher.

our transitions between billboard ads are not working. I have the default transition set to random, but there is no transition between slides. The system just changes directly to the next slide. If I'm wanting a random transition between each slide, what should the settings on the individual slides be set to? I've looked at several individual slides and they are set to "random"

on carousel, I'm wanting to have a zone which will display a single live video feed at all times while ads continue to run in another zone. I'm pretty sure this is possible, but I'm just now quite sure on how to do it.

we had our audio cables crossed coming out of the sx4 which were going to the router. But the audio for playback 1 was going to the slot for playback 2 on the router

SX4 Audio Problems

I'm playing two separate programs at the same time on separate channels thru my sx4. However, the audio from the program on channel 1 is coming thru on channel 2. I stop the program running on channel 1 and channel 2 still has no audio, nor do channels 3 & 4. Is there a setting that is causing this? All files on the SX4 have audio, and all the equipment is hard-wired correctly. Channel 1 is the only channel that is getting audio. The default input for all channels is a carousel and it works fine.

we have a single carousel unit that is the default input for two separate channels on our system. Right now, when the carousel is running on both channels, the ads are synchronized . Is there a setting/option that will change this to where both channels are still running ads, but they are not running the exact ad at the exact same time?

Has anyone else tried the new 5.0 version on vista? I just tried it and it didn't work for me. DVD loaded, but after selecting my settings and clicking on import, the program locked up and wouldn't actually start importing.

I tried exporting as mpeg and mpeg with mp2 audio...problem is that the default size settings are 320x240 and I can't find an option that will allow me to change this to 720x480.

Can a live feed be recorded and air at the same time? We have a live feed that we are going to air, but we also need to record it for archiving purposes?

What is the preferred format for digital file playback from sx4 4.8.2?
In the autopilot, force matrix, I tried a quicktime with h264 codec yesterday and mpeg 1 file with extension of .mpg today and got the following error "An error occured while forcing. Try again or check the system configuration.
could not determine the type of media contained in the file (mpeg, DV...)"
