I order food from Germany for an old uncle in UK. He is bedridden and is 80 this year. However he is very conservative on his foods and doesn't like any sauces with 'red wine', çider' or the like. He also hates swede which is present in a lot of the more basic dishes. Is is possible to have less swede? Thank you best regards
