Yes, indeed I was able to call the store at (415) 252-9860 and place an order with the colors I wanted that are no longer on the build-a-bag site. Thanks for that tip Ryan. I'm surprise that the Timbuk2 rep didn't mention that in his post.

I had a similar experience. I spent a week deciding the colors in build-a-bag and then had to get in to REI to check on sizing. Now two of the three colors are gone. Timbuk2 folks, putting up a notice a week or so before colors change would be a very good customer service tactic! Also, is there any way we can be notified when colors change again?
