OK, thanks yes that works. I was hoping to just be able to double-click on the hostname and have a new RDP window open, like what happens with VNC hosts. Like maybe there could be a way to link the custom command to a checkbox in Computer Properties >Terminal Services or just have a custom command in that Terminal Services properties sheet.

The easiest way to do this is with a custom command. Here's how to create it:
1. Open the custom command editor under the Tools menu
2. right-click the listbox in the window and choose 'New'
3. Give the command a descriptive title
4. Use the following command line: mstsc /v:%HOST%
There are other command line switches that you can use such as /f to open it in full screen mode.
To see the full list of command line options, run mstsc /?
Does this help?

Can open RDP sessions in own window vs tab?Am using VENM Console 2008.8.12.232. Is there a way to open RDP sessions in their own separate window instead of in a VENM Console window tab?
