A comment on the update "Xmarks for IE and Safari!" in Xmarks:
Simple and elegant resolution, Anony. Why insist a useful solution (like Fox and X Marks) handle every little thought we have... keep the baby, toss the old water. I think I will do it that way. Thanks. – Marsh, on April 17, 2009 14:29

Where can I find a comparison chart re. Foxmarks and Xmarks. I have done pretty well with Foxmarks over the past two or perhaps even three years and have no motivation to change...though I see you are doing that anyway (I would suggest leaving us the choice, at this point.)
I just loaded Xmarks for the new IE (8) but it won't sync to my IE on another puter. I don't really understand the language it uses..."Merge Favorites with this computer, starting with the server" Does this mean the Favorites on This puter will be kept and the links on the server will be added to this system?
Will it check for duplicates? Since there will be many, as I have been maintaining some coordination of IE faves by hand.
do a features comparison chart...it will help us understand the basic systems better, as well.
