I have this problem as well, more prominent on my laptop than my desktop. It's really irritating!
It's a combination of media player + computer, WMP11 on Windows 7 on laptop has never had skipping issues.

Now the ticker has gone, I can see nowhere where can you see who has used what software in the last day or so on. That was something I would have looked at on a profile, evidently I cannot do that no longer.

Any thoughts on that?

In a nutshell, netvibes.com will not register as something I use, even though everything else works no problem. :/

All the episodes, as well as Counter Strikes and TF2 and Garrys Mod are all based off Half-Life, and use that core executable. There's probably no specific way of identifying which game you are playing.

If you have a suggested web app, then it's best to right click the wakoopa icon in the tray and then suggest a web app.

Why doesn't web tracking work in the Linux tracker?

Getting the URL from browsers in Linux environments has proven to be quite difficult. Both Windows and OS X offer fairly easy ways to access specific elements in software, Linux however doesn't do so. We've considered offering browser extentions, but this doesn't offer the simplicity we want. If you have any ideas on how to solve this, let us know!
