Hi Ted,
There were lots of people involved. It would be very hard to estimate a number.

From a design standpoint: We used a design consulting group along with out own IA and designers both in the newsroom and our interactive group.

Thanks for your suggestions I will forward them on to our friends at GetSatisfaction. The only issue is unless you are logged in we have no way of knowing that you opted to hide the feedback tab.
