Do you have any idea when the next release of the webserver will be? I also need to specify a different MIME-type. – Michiel, on November 13, 2008 16:02-

I have problems upgrading my basic application when I use fd.copyfirmware method. If I upload *.tpc file (I assume this is the compiled binary) to the flash and use fd.copyfirmware it corrupts the TiOS (fast green-red-green-red led pattern). If I upload TiOS first and then immediatly .tpc file after it to the flash and use fd.copyfirmware then TiOS can not find my application in flash (fast red led pattern). How to store application in flash so it can be used after fd.copyfirmware? I am sending file as 128 byte pieces and store it as 256 byte to the flash. So two pieces go to one flash sector, starting with sector 0.

Mike Fleming asked a question in Tibbo on October 05, 2008 15:40:
SNTP "Magic Handshake"In the Demp project for SNTP called ITS.tpr there is a "magic handshake" with the Timeserver of &H0B followed by forty-seven sequencial &H00's. --- See the function SNTPQuery.
Can any one point me to documentation that explains this specifically?
Thanks,
Mike

Hi. Is there any predicted date for access to the SPI port in TIDE? We ordered a batch of EM1000's with the -A SPI connector option thinking we could use the SPI port for connecting additional EEPROM, but find currently it is useless. I assume this functionality is in development, so I am tempted to include the extra EEPROM and wait for TIDE to catch up. Even if we could "manually" control the SPIDI, SPIDO, SPICLK lines we could at least implement an SPI conenction.
Can anyone from Tibbo give us an estimate please? Thanks :)

I used a UDP socket and the response from the server was very fast.
It's hard to see in the image, but at the bottom I sent 0D followed by 47 nulls.
The elapsed seconds since the start of the 20th century is the CC 86 C1 3B sequence in the response.
Notice the second time I sent it in the top image, it changed to CC 89 C1 44
So, that means it was C1-44= 124 seconds between requests for time.
Terrific stuff!
