Web usage

Would be nice to filter the web usage locally (e.g. with local db, updated 1 time a day, possible with user customized filter which would be submitted).

Dosn't like the submission of all my web usage (and possible filtering on server), but like webusage

or do an local only db combined with this.
Show an popup: "New site has detected, would you submit/scrobble?" and store the decision in a local db/xml/whatever (could also used for new apps popup)
