We are always working to support more phones for our software. The HTC Neon 400 is currently not being supported. You can sign up for an account with us by clicking on "join" at the top right hand corner of the homepage. Indicate your phone during sign up proces and we will send you an email when it is being supported.

We cannot say a date of release for any of our unsupported phones. Probably, it will be supported one day.

We will update our users on the phones that we support on the url:

Glad to hear that you are interested in Qik. At the moment, the Qik applicaiton for Blackberry phones is in early alpha and it might not work that perfectly. We are working on releasing an official version soon.

At the moment , we are supported on more than 130 phones. The Qik application for the Blackberry phone is currently in early alpha and might not work that perfectly especially the live streaming part.

However, if you try streaming from a different phone, it should work better.

By setting the video to private, the video will not be posted to Facebook. However, you can always share the Qik video's permalink on Facebook. That would enable the video to be posted on your Facebook account.
