Hi Latrice,
The way that electronic signatures on documents work, you document is bound and cannot be changed once it is "Finished." This if for your protection as well as the protection of the company requesting your signature.
It is much like if you put the signed document back in the mail and wanted to retrieve it (you wouldn't be able to once the mail person picked it up!)
So, I would recommend contacting the company that sent the document to you and requesting that they send a new copy of the document. That way, once you have completed the new document, you will have a more accurate record of your information with the newer time stamped signature.

What a great question!
If you are asking to be able to print out the reminders found within NurseTesting for the competency exams, you are able to highlight the unfinished exam chart under the Exam Activity tab and then copy and paste the table into a spreadsheet software such as excel.
If you are using one of our other product lines, please let me know and I will adjust the recommendations to allow you to print out a comprised list of the reminders!

Thanks for the suggestion. This may be something that you can modify within your account if I can get a few more details! Are you speaking of an application that the caregivers fill out on eSigTek, NurseTesting, or BlueSky? If so, which software program is the application currently found in?

Wonderful idea! We are in the process of developing our NurseTesting 2.0 so I will send this suggestion to our team of developing experts for review! Stay tuned to NurseTesting 2.0 coming Fall 2009 to see if this suggestion comes into fruition.

Great question. We have compiled a list 9 generic forms that we can send clients if they are interested. The forms are in PDF version and so it helps our clients out with betting their eSigTek document library started.
These documents do still need to be uploaded and converted in our clients accounts. We send them as attachments to an e-mail. If you are interested in these docs just let us know:

Hi Mike,
I am sorry that you are frustrated with the application. You are right in your assumption that the work you put into the application should be saved when you log out. In fact, you should be able to log out, then log back in and see your document still in your "inbox" to finish. You would not even have to finish each page. The system should simply save your work each and everytime you type a new area.
So, with the situation at hand, I believe your computer lost internet connectivity. If you were having difficulty loading the third page of the application, my suggestion would be to refresh your screen. We were not experiencing any difficulties with our site so the situation must have been on your side.
Again I apologize that you had some tough times getting the application finished, but please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

Hi Beatriz,
Sorry you are experiencing difficulty with opening the test questions. I checked your account and it appears that your exam was never sent by your staffing company. Please contact your recruiter and request that they resend your LPN exam so that you can complete the exam.

Hi there! Great question ~ The clinical exams do not have any study material attached to the exam. We are trying to find out what you know in a given specialty.
Joint Commission or OSHA type exams will have a manual attached to them.
The manuals are located in between two red lines. You can access the manual by clicking on the link. The Adobe version you have may not support the format or need to download Adobe to print. If you are unable to print you will need to contact Adobe at www.adobe.com/acrobat for further assistance.

We have a handy tool available to you from the log in page for retreiving your password. Follow the instructions below:
1) go to www.nursetesting.com/nurse
2) select "I forgot my password"
3) enter your NurseTesting username
An e-mail will be sent to you with your password!

Hi there! I am sorry that you are having difficulty with opening the exam.
The most common reason for this is that you have your pop-up blocker turned on. You may need to turn it off during the testing. You can find that in the tools section of your browser.
The other possibility is that the Adobe version you have may not support it the format. You may need to upgrade to the latest Adobe version. You will either need to upload the latest version of media flash player or acrobat reader. Please contact www.adobe.com/acrobat for further assistance.
