Michael Rose replied on February 11, 2009 12:42 to the idea "Clever feedback system" in Freelance Advisor:
hi Darren
I think we need to sit and think about all this.
It's my view that the network should be for helping people find each other and, most importantly, work (contacts, recommendations, etc.)
Comments will remain under articles for focused discussions, but it'd be great to link them up so there is one-login for the entire network.
I think technical feedback/bugs etc. should sit in a system like this. Then we can respond to, track and fix the bugs.
What do you think?

New design = awesome!Loving the new design!!! Wooo Hooo
Michael Rose replied on January 26, 2009 20:57 to the problem "You need to fix this... http://buses.co.uk/" in Brighton and Hove Buses:
Yes, it is now fixed.
I think dropping the www is always a good idea... unless you have other subdomains what's the point?
It's 9 extra syllables fer crisakes!!! :)
Glad it's sorted, they really didn't set it up correctly on day one. Glad they've sorted it, although I don't think they've spotted this site yet.

View audio clip lengthI'd like to be able to see how long clips are -- I might listen to a piece less than 10 mins long on the spot, but save an hour-long show for the evening commute.

AJAX comments?I'd like to be able to add a comment while listening. At the moment when I hit submit it reloads the page. AJAX perhaps?

In the meantime... use this

The create bookmarklet command allows you to turn ANY bookmarklet into a Ubiquity command

Pingbar pleaseTwitterbar for Ping.fm please... at the moment I can update Twitter by just typing to the Firefox browser bar. It'd be great if I could update Ping that way too.

Standalone in Chrome: More text wrappingI'd love it if the webapp could wrap in the same way the iPhone version wraps. Using in Chrome, as an application, it's nice to tidy it away at the side of the screen. At the moment I can get down to 700px before scrollbars appear.
I'd LOVE it if I could get down to 300px.
A shame to use the i version on the desktop.-

Michael Rose replied on November 28, 2007 15:22 to the problem "list.ics not downloading" in I want Sandy:
My attached .ics won't open in Outlook.
I was happy that it came as an attachment but when I try to open in Outlook 2000 I get
'Cannot import VCalendar file. Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not valid'
The ics contents are:
